I'm assuming you're talking about the nub that goes under the Hop arm. The Hop arm should be concave, so the long/rounded side of the nub fits into it. The arm holds it like in a hand. You get what I'm trying to illustrate with my words?

You were right. Congrats.

You are right on both points actually. Taking the stuff apart yourself is part of the experience, and some might even call it fun.

Don't know if you already figured it out, but the bucking (packing as its labeled) has to go on in a certain way to the inner barrel and then slid into the hop. There are grooves on the barrel.

im sorry, I spent years learning all paintball guns and how to dissasemble and mantain them. Good enough that I got a job at a shop for it, I am not really willing to start over with a complete new system (AEGs) lol

but it seems to shoot harder (tight barrel I guess)

hopup works, but this banana action is killing me !

nevermind, i had to realign it the trick is to look through the barrel from the "out" side (the side the bbs fly out of) and to see if there are anything is on the way in the hopup area (besides the hopup "on" offcourse)
shoots like an arrow now :P
can't wait to test it out on the field

Atlechna!

Maybe with that new found accuracy (and range?) you'll get a scope? Play more DMR style?
Sniper AK(S)74 seen in this video

So the 'banana' action was because the bucking wasn't on right?

I just got done putting a prometheus barrel in and a madbull blue 60 hopup in. For future if you keep the hop up unit upside down at all times you dont have to worry about the little rubber piece falling out. If it does fall out it is real easy to use an awl and carefully place it back in. Just use a good light source. Of course taking the hole thing apart is real easy also. I had a lot of fun. Re shimmed my gears and put metal bushings in as well. The books I bought and some website I found really made it easy. Is there a place to put some useful links?
